Transformations Stations is a mobile healing experience designed to help you reconnect with your body and emotions through intentional movement, grounding meditation, and emotional regulation tools.

The Journey Begins
We start with guided physical release—movement practices that help you let go of emotions stored in the body. Then, we transition into a grounding meditation to center and restore. You’ll leave with practical tools to help you navigate emotional waves when they return.

We Come to You
Our mobile release space travels anywhere in the Florida Keys. Whether you’re at home, on the beach, or hosting a small group, we bring the sanctuary to your doorstep.

Private & Small Group Sessions
The introductory rate is $129 for up to 2 participants. Want to share the experience with more loved ones? Each additional person is just $47—ideal for intimate gatherings, retreats, or wellness circles.

Through Art Therapy

This is not about becoming an artist. It’s about feeling into your own creativity and using the process of making to release emotions stored in the body. Through movement, expression, and grounding meditation, you’ll leave with tools to regulate emotions when they resurface.

Session Includes:

  • Guided creative release using intuitive art exercises
  • Grounding meditation to integrate and soothe
  • Take-home emotional regulation tools
  • All materials provided (for in-person sessions) or a prep list sent in advance (for online sessions)

Whether you’re joining from your own sanctuary or stepping into one of mine, this experience meets you where you are—emotionally and physically.

This is a sacred space for deep inner work—a guided journey inward to uncover the roots of your emotional patterns and gently untangle the distorted thinking that keeps you stuck. So many of us carry beliefs that aren’t true, yet they shape how we feel, how we show up, and how we move through life. These thoughts create heartache, confusion, and a sense of stagnation.

Through compassionate coaching, we’ll explore:

  • How your thought patterns formed and how they’re holding you back
  • Ways to retrain your brain to release what no longer serves you
  • Tools to live with more freedom, clarity, and emotional ease
